Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across mainly the Northern region from Manchester to Newcastle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth and eventually building a sales team. This role requires strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance, as well as the ability to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive results through motivation and coaching.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach to selling.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Must live in the Southeast and be happy to work on the road. (Essential)
  • External Sales and Field sales experience also essential.
  • Knowledge on building materials commercial hard landscaping for eg paving and natural stone.
  • Establish and build healthy relationships with customers ( House Builders and Developers, Groundworks contractors, Landscapers, independent garden centres and Builders merchants.

Pay: £43,783.00-£46,547.00 per year
